- Leisure access: Mon 11am - 4pm, Tue 10am - 2pm, Wed & Fri 2pm - 5pm, Thu & Sat 11am - 4pm, Sun 9am - 11am.
- Excludes 16 May, 27 Jun, 4, 10 Jul, 8 Aug, 26 Sep & 9 Oct 2026.
- Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

- Afternoon tea from set menu; menu subject to change.
- Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
- Prosecco options: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
- Leisure options: Includes access to the leisure facilities. Landmark Health & Fitness is an over 16’s only gym. Under 16’s have use of the swimming pool.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Children permitted.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Nice venue lovely afternoon tea. The female staff member was great very attentive even though she was on her own.

Lovely location and venue. Our afternoon tea was great. Food was fresh and very tasty. The scones were delicious and lovely and warn. We had to take some cakes home as we couldn't eat it all.

Lovely food and very helpful staff at the hotel but had great difficulty making booking through their reservation system

Was told they were no longer taking bookings for food even although I was booking before cut off date. Could offer no explanation why or tell me what was happening to the money paid. Managed to get through to the local hotel reception who were surprised by the phone calls and emails I had received and made the booking for me
