• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Fri 13 Mar 2026, 7 days, 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes unlimited access to the leisure facilities inc studio classes, indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and outdoor floodlit tennis courts. Use of the fitness studio and gym equipment is restricted to visitors ages 16+. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
