Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, 7 days 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-26, 31 Dec 2026, 1 Jan, 14 Feb, 7, 26-29 Mar 2027.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change. During December, festive afternoon tea will be served.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes unlimited access to the leisure facilities inc studio classes, indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and outdoor floodlit tennis courts. Use of the fitness studio and gym equipment is restricted to visitors ages 16+. 
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
