- Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Sun - Wed & Fri at 10am, Sat at 1pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Thursdays, 21-31 Dec 2026, 1-4 Jan 2027.
- Online bookings only. Voucher must be Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Once booked voucher is non-refundable; bookings can be amended up to 10 days in advance of booking; subject to availability.
- Includes 5 candles made in the workshop and 2 luxury candles of your choice each to take home.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your booked session.
- Please note special edition workshops are not included; dates can be viewed here,
- Suitable for ages 12+. Participants 12-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult 18+.
- Duration approx. 2hrs
- Max of 12 people per group/activity.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
