• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct until Mon 23 Dec 2024, Mon - Sat, 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 16 Dec 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu with a choice of tea or coffee; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Complimentary parking available for all guests.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
