• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Sep until Sat 28 Nov 2026, Wed - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Charcuterie options: Includes a charcuterie board to share between two. Vegetarian option not available. Gluten / wheat free options available. Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. 
• Small plate options: Includes 3 OR 6 small plates to share; menu subject to change. Excludes monkfish, seafood, pork loin, seafood plate and the charcuterie board. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco or red or white house wine each. 
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90mins. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Under 16s permitted until 9pm. Ages 16-17 permitted until 12midnight.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
