• Voucher is valid from Tue 8 Sep 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, 7 days, 1pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. Options for Sep-Nov OR Jan-Mar available at checkout. 
• Excludes 1-31 Dec 2026, 1-2 Jan, 12-14 Feb & 26-29 Mar 2027. 
• Sep-Nov options: Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Jan-Mar options: Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.  
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available, please advise the restaurant at least 24 hours before your booking. 
• Prosecco option: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted and must be accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
