• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Mar until Tue 30 Jun, 7 days, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Leisure access is valid 7 days, 10am - 4pm. 
• Excludes 15 Mar & 4-5 Apr 2026. 
• Phone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Afternoon tea; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Prosecco options: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Leisure access options: Includes access to the leisure club with 15-metre pool, gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.   
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
