• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; subject to availability.
• £30 voucher spend: Valid Mon - Sat 12noon - 3pm.
• £50 & £75 voucher spend: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 2pm.
• All vouchers exclude Sun, 14 Feb & 7 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Voucher spend valid against the a la carte menu only.
• Voucher must be used in full, no change given.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Voucher is not valid on drinks.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note, there are no disabled facilities.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
