- Once booked with spa, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
- Treatment may be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with the hotel.
- Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission as long as it has been 6 months since their last treatment. If you are currently undergoing or have undergone cancer treatment in the past 6 months, please discuss directly.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 55 minutes with an optional 25 minute massage.
- Option 1, 3, 5 & 7: includes choice of 55 min facial or couture touch treatment. Full body massage not included.
- Option 2, 4, 6 & 8: includes 55 min facial and 25 min back massage. Full body massage not included.
- Includes full leisure access.
- Wheelchair access available.

We have been meaning to check this spa out after great reports from friends and were not disappointed.
The leisure side was a little underwhelming and the pool area was quite busy with members. But the treatments more than made up for it! Olivia and Claudia were excellent, it was the most relaxed I have been in ages.
