Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Sun - Fri at 11:30am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm or 5:15pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 24-26 Dec 2025, 1-2 Jan & 3-6 Apr 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max 1 voucher per transaction.
• Family ticket: Max of 2 adults and 2 children, 1 adult and 3 children or 3 adults and 1 child per family ticket. 
• £6 voucher spend is redeemable against food, drinks and retail items. Not valid online or on cauldron experiences.
• Includes 1 drink each.
• Children are classed as ages 0-15yrs. Please note that all children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult with a valid voucher.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Items are non-refundable once purchased; we encourage you to check your goods upon receipt. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
