Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Mar until Sun 31 May 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Includes choice of cheese or charcuterie board and bottle of red or white house wine to share.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
