• Voucher acts as ticket. Your child will receive a gift tailored to their age range.
• Please note photos of your timeslot will be sent to you via link, upon request. 
• Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Please note there is no cheaper price for babies.
• Max two accompanying adults permitted per ticket.
• Please note cameras are not permitted. You will receive one copy of a professional photo; additional copies and upgrades can be purchased for a supplementary cost.
• Meeting room: Ferntower Suite.
• Standing event.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
