Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Sat 24 Dec 2022, 7 days 12.30pm  - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Please note there is limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only; online bookings will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 8 people/ 4 vouchers per table.
• Festive afternoon tea only with a choice of tea or coffee each. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
