• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jun until Wed 30 Sep 2026; subject to availability. 
• Treatments & leisure access available Mon - Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 1pm. Lunch served Mon - Fri 12noon - 4pm. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Pool access is shared between local members and hotel guests.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Includes a 25 min back, neck and shoulder massage and 25 min express Indian head massage. Total treatment time approx. 50min. 
• Treatments for two will share a double treatment room, separate rooms are available on request; subject to availability.
• Includes a 2 course spa lunch served in the Calders Restaurant.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Not suitable during pregnancy, or for cancer sufferers; please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
