• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2026; subject to availability.
• Standard afternoon tea: Valid Mon - Fri 12noon - 3:30pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Unlimited buffet afternoon tea: Valid Sat - Sun 12:30pm - 3:30pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Standard afternoon tea: Includes afternoon tea served on a cake stand only; subject to change. 
• Unlimited buffet afternoon tea: Includes an unlimited afternoon tea buffet; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Upgrade to a bottle to share for £20; payable direct.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
