• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days, 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5 Apr 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a glass of fizz each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busy hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
