• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026.
• Twilight option: Valid Mon - Thu at 5pm, 5.45pm or 6:30pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Daytime Tue - Thu option: Valid Tue - Thu at 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:15am, 12:45pm & 1:45pm. Excludes Fri - Mon.
• Daytime Fri & Sun - Mon: Valid Fri & Sun - Mon at 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:45pm & 1:45pm. Excludes Tue - Thu & Sat.
• Daytime with afternoon tea option: Valid Mon - Thu at 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.15am, 12.45pm & 1.45pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Daytime with seaweed bath and afternoon tea option: Valid Mon - Thu at 9.30am & 12.45pm. Excludes Fri  - Sun.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Max of 4 vouchers per group booking; subject to availability.
• Includes access to the Vitality Pool & Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Saunarium, Steam Room, Tepidarium, salt room and ice fountain. Please note snow room is currently out of operation.
• Prosecco options: Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Afternoon tea options: Includes afternoon tea; menu subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking. 
• Twilight option: Duration: approx. 80 minutes.
• Daytime with Prosecco options: Duration: approx. 120 minutes. Limited suitability during pregnancy.
• Daytime with seaweed bath option: Duration approx. 150 minutes (120 minutes thermal experience and 30 minutes seaweed bath). Not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Not suitable for those with high blood pressure.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Wheelchair access available to the space however limited accessibility to the pools.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
