• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Apr until Thu 28 May 2026, Mon - Thu; subject to availability.
• Treatments & spa access are available 8am - 8pm. Lunch is served 11.30am - 3.30pm.
• Limited Monday availability; book well in advance.
• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Over 18s only. No under 18s permitted in spa.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max group size is subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• Please discuss any health concerns or suitability during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission directly with spa. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatment duration: approx. 50 mins inc consultation. Choice of 50min facial, 50min massage or 25min facial & 25min massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a herbal tea on arrival.
• Includes lunch; choose a main from the spa menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Includes 2 hour access to the spa facilities including including hydrotherapy pool, lap pool, sauna, and steam room. Snow and sauna cabin not included.
• Includes a glass of fizz. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with spa.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
