• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2026 until Sat 31 Oct 2026; subject to availability. Flight times vary; please check specific available days and times directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for ages 6 - 99. Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Duration approx. 20mins flying time.
• Max of 3 people per tour, sat in the rear of the helicopter. Co-pilot experience available for a £30 upgrade; advance booking recommended, payable directly. 
• Max weight 15 stone (95kg).
• Weather appropriate clothing advised.
• Subject to cancellations due to averse weather conditions or operational issues; experience will be re-booked.
• Please consult your GP before booking if you have any health restrictions that could affect you.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
