• Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Apr 2025 until Sun 26 Oct 2025, Sat - Sun, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. Please check available dates directly.
• Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Suitable for ages 6 - 99. Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 20 mins with 5 mins flying.
• Option 2: Duration approx. 20 mins with 5 mins flying.
• Option 3 & 4: Duration approx. 20 mins with 8 mins flying.
• Option 5 & 6: Duration approx. 30 mins with 15 mins flying. 
• Max of 4 passengers per group - 3 rear seats and one co-pilot. Groups may be mixed.
• Max weight 15 stone (95kg). Max height 6'4" (1.98m).
• Weather appropriate clothing advised.
• Subject to cancellations due to averse weather conditions or operational issues; experience will be re-booked.
• Please consult your GP before booking if you have any health restrictions that could affect you.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
