Sauna & cold plunge contrast therapy

- Recommended protocol: 10-15 minute sauna, 1-3 minute plunge, and repeat

Float session
- Float effortlessly in Epsom salts and melt the stress away, with potential benefits including pain relief, improved sleep, and reduced stress
- Spacious tanks over 2m long and 2m high, so you won't feel claustrophobic - and with only 25cm of water, there's no need to worry if you can't swim
- Each tank is in its own private room with a shower and changing area
- Choose your float style: guided meditation, music, or silence
- Can be used by one person across multiple sessions, or multiple people

Small print
- Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Sun 30 Aug 2026, Mon 11.30am - 8pm, Thu 1pm - 8pm, Fri - Sun 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Tue-Wed.
- Online bookings only. Vouchers must be booked by Fri 14 Aug 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. You may reschedule within 24 hours of your booking for a £9.99 rescheduling fee.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
- Float sessions: Floatation tanks can accommodate one person at a time. Two tanks are available at this venue.
- 2 float sessions: Can be used by one person on multiple visits, or by multiple people.
- Contrast therapy sessions: Sauna and cold plunge room can accommodate up to two people. If you've booked a two-person session, please note that the shower and changing area is shared, so you’ll need to be comfortable using these facilities together.
- Over 16's only. Under 18's must be supervised by a legal guardian.
- Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
- Float sessions: Suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- Contrast therapy sessions: Not recommended during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- If you are unsure if you can participate please check the venue's FAQs; Float & Sauna and plunge.. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
- Float sessions: Duration: approx. 60 mins.
- Contrast therapy sessions: Duration: approx. 50 mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available. Venue is lower ground with stairs to access.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
