• Voucher is valid from Wed 7 Oct 2026 until Sat 3 Apr 2027; subject to availability.
• Standard pottery painting: Wed & Fri 10am - 4.30pm, Thu 10am - 1pm, Sat 12noon - 5pm. Excludes Sun-Tue.
• BYOB pottery painting: Valid Fridays at 6:30pm. Excludes Sat - Thu.
• All vouchers exclude 23-31 Dec 2026 & 1 Jan 2027. 
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Mar 2027 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 18+.
• Duration: approx. 2hrs.
• Max of 20 people per session.
• Includes a ceramic from choice of mug or small ceramic animal; available ceramics subject to change.
• Includes clear glaze. Coloured glaze can be added for a supplementary charge of £10pp; payable directly.
• Please note the venue's ceramic policy with information on the pottery process and collection.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please note a small step is required to enter the venue.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
