Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Mon 31 Aug 2026, Mon 12noon - 10pm, Wed 9:30am - 10pm, Thu - Fri 12noon - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tuesdays.
• Phone or email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Children are classed as ages 17 and under.
• Bouldering: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult at all times. Includes entry to bouldering centre with no time limit. Shoe hire included.
• Family bouldering: Valid for 2 adults and 2 children.
• Rope climbing: Suitable for ages 5+. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult, or permission form filled out by adult on arrival to climb unsupervised.
• 1 adult can supervise up to 2 children.
• Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and avoid loose or baggy clothing. Please remove jewellery before climbing.
• Wheelchair access and disabled changing facilities available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
