• Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Jan 2026 until Sun 29 Mar 2026, Thu - Fri 5:30pm - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Wed. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for ages 8+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the appointment
• Duration approx. 30mins
• Max of 4 people per session. 
• Option 1: Includes a sterling silver or gold filled ring. 
• Option 2: Includes a sterling silver or gold filled bracelet. 
• Option 3: Includes a sterling silver or gold filled anklet. 
• Option 4: Includes a sterling silver or gold filled necklace. 
• Classic range available only; any charms, connectors and upgrades are at a supplementary cost, payable directly. 
• Option 2-4: Your chosen piece of jewellery will permanently stay on your ankle / wrist / neck; you can return to the studio to have it cut or use a pair of sharp scissors. 
• Customers must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
