• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026; Mon & Sat 10am - 4pm, Tue 10am - 8pm, Wed & Fri 10am - 5pm, Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, 4, 6, 20-28 Jul, 10, 15, 17, 31 Jul, 5, 7, 21, 26 & 28 Sep 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Gel nails: Duration approx. 45mins for hands or nails OR 90mins for both.
• Radiance & Reflex package: Duration approx. 60mins.
• Deep tissue full body massage: Duration approx. 60mins.
• Aromatherapy full body massage: Duration approx. 70mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
