• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug until Sun 29 Nov 2026, Tue - Sat 10am - 6pm, Sun 11am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Whatsapp bookings only. Please send a message with your preferred date and your itison code. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Pamper packages: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Pedicure and Hydra facial: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Pamper packages: Treatment duration: approx. 60 OR 90mins. 
• Pedicure: Treatment duration: approx. 75mins.
• Hydra facial: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
