Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep until Sun 6 Dec 2026, Mon - Wed 10am - 6pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat & Sun bookings.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Phone or email bookings only. Please note staff are in treatments during the day but will respond as soon as possible.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. A supplementary charge is required to reschedule bookings within 48hrs.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups of up to 3 people can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Some treatments may need to be adapted and/or required a doctor’s note.
• Treatment is suitable during 2nd trimester/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss directly at time of booking for further information. 
• Treatment is not suitable during 1st/3rd trimester when pregnant. 
• Option 1: Duration approx. 25min.
• Options 2 & 3: Duration approx. 50min (1 x 50min treatment OR 2 x 25min treatments).
• Options 4 & 5: Duration: approx. 75 mins.
• 50 minute treatments can be upgraded to aroma, hot stone or deep tissue back, neck & shoulder massage for a supplementary charge; payable directly. Upgrades must be advised upon booking.
• Duration includes consultation and changing time. 
• Options 1 & 2: Spa access can be purchased on the day for a supplementary charge; payable direct. 
• Options 3-5: Includes spa access.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
