• Voucher is valid from Thu 16 Oct 2025 until Sat 28 Mar 2026, Thu 9.30am - 7pm, Fri 9.30am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• You must be over 16 or have permission from a parent/guardian. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 20mins. Includes time for personalised consultation. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 15mins. Includes time for personalised consultation. 
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 2hrs 40mins. Includes time for personalised consultation.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
