• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Oct until Sat 31 Oct 2026, Sun - Thu 12noon - 8.30pm & Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Oct 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 4 vouchers per table. 
• Chocolate fondue option: Includes a milk chocolate fondue with fresh fruit, waffle fingers, meringue, marshmallows & Halloween treats to dip. Menu is subject to change. No vegan or gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Cheese fondue option: Includes a cheese fondue with chorizo, broccoli florets, crispy potatoes, pickles & soda bread to dip. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options available. No vegan options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a pumpkin to carve and take home or display in the Brel garden.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children are permitted and require their own ticket.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
