• Voucher is valid from Fri 16 Jan 2026 until Fri 31 Jul 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Breakfast: Valid 10am - 11:45am.
• Morning tea: Valid 10am only.
• Excludes 14 Feb, 7, 11, 15 Mar, 5 Apr & 21 Jun 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Jul 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Morning tea must be booked at least 24hrs in advance.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 people per booking. 
• Breakfast options: Includes a breakfast dish from the breakfast menu and a breakfast tea or americano each. Excludes ultimate bacon sandwich. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Please discuss directly when booking. Gluten / wheat free options not available.
• Morning tea options: Includes morning tea with a breakfast blend tea or americano each. 
• Mimosa options: Includes a mimosa each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink if notified directly in advance.
• Table required back after 90 minutes. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please note any access requirements in 'special requests' when booking.
• Children permitted if accompanied by an adult.
• A small service fee will be applied to your itison order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
