• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Mon 31 Aug, Mon - Fri 7am - 10pm, Sat - Sun 9am - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Advance booking not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Children are classed as 5-17; under 5’s climb for free with a paying adult; includes shoe hire.
• Please note for children under 18 one adult must be present for every two children climbing. 
• Family passes are valid for 2 adults & 2 children; cannot be used for any other configuration. 
• Includes day pass & shoe hire. 
• An induction is required prior to climbing; watch the induction video here. 
• Wheelchair access available; accessible facilities and lift to the café available. 
• On-site parking available for customers. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking not required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
