• Voucher is valid from Tue 6 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026; Tue - Wed & Fri 9.30am - 6pm, Thu 1pm - 9pm and Sat 9.30am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 2: Please note facial uses electrical treatments. Not suitable for those undergoing treatment for cancer.
• Option 3: Please note back massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. If you have any contraindications and you can't have a specific treatment / machine, your treatment will be altered to suit
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Treatment duration: Option 1: approx. 80mins. Option 2: approx. 85mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
