• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, Mon - Thu 5pm - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 3pm, Sat 12noon - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun, 1-31 Dec 2026, 1 Jan 2027. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 24 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Burger option: Includes a beef burger and fries each; subject to change.
• Chateaubriand option: Includes a 500g chateaubriand, 2 potato sides and 2 sauces between two; subject to change.
• Tomahawk option: Includes a 1.2kg tomahawk, 2 potato sides and 2 sauces between two; subject to change.
• Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of sparkling wine per person. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 1 hour 45 minutes. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
