- Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Wed 30 Sep 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes 22 Dec 2025 - 4 Jan 2026.
- If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
- Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Email bookings only.
- Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 10 / Max 16 people.
- Package includes per person: afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
- Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are not available.
- Option 2: Includes glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
- Booking will take place in the Whisky Room.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Children permitted.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
