Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days at 10am, 12:15pm and 1:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only; voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 2 years go free and are not included in your group headcount.
• Children 0 - 9 years are permitted to hold the lead with a participating adult (18+). 10yrs+ may hold the lead on their own.
• Option 1: Duration approx. 60mins; 30min alpaca trek & 30min petting zoo experience.
• Option 2: Duration approx. 50mins - 1hr alpaca trek. 
• Please arrive 10mins before the experience starts.
• Max 4 people per group. Treks will include 1 alpaca per booking of 4 people.
• Not recommended for pregnant women; a disclaimer will be required to participate. 
• Photos may be taken during your trek for use on Edenmill's marketing & social media, if you would prefer your party not to be photographed, please alert the trek leader.
• Meeting point: Outside the café entrance.
• Wheelchair access available. Please discuss requirements direct.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
