Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Aug until Sat 14 Nov 2026, Tue - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 12noon - 6pm, Sat 12noon - 2.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun-Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Vouchers will not be accepted if booked for Sun - Mon or if voucher code not included. Card details are required to secure your booking; you will not be charged.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per table. 
• Valid on the a la carte menu and drinks menu; menus subject to change, Voucher must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Not valid in conjunction with any internal offers. 
• Table required back after 90mins.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 9pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
