• Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Sep 2025, Tue & Thu - Sun 10am - 7pm, Wed 2pm - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Options 1 & 2: Duration approx. 60 minutes per session. Option 3: Duration approx. 60 minutes per session plus 30 minute sauna session.
• Options 1: Valid for one person only. 
• Option 2: Float session can be used across 2 visits by one person or during the same visit by two people. 
• Options 2 & 3: Please note that 2 person float sessions may be in individual pods; duo pods are subject to availability.
• Floating is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. Please discuss any health conditions or concerns directly with the spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
