• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Fri - Sun 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Thu.
• Voucher must be booked 72hrs in advance and by Wed 12 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. Card details will be taken upon booking, no payment will be taken.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu; subject to change. No vegetarian or gluten/wheat free options available.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• Afternoon teas may be served in one of the hotel's three outlets (Bo'Vine, beGin or Terrace Lounge) subject to availability on your chosen date.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
