Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Jul 2025 until Fri 22 Aug 2025, Mon - Fri , 10am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note that the centre closes at 5pm; subject to change. Opening times can be viewed here. 
• Voucher must be booked via the itison booking link by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Only one booking per voucher can be made; if you have multiple vouchers, please make one booking per voucher.
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Max of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children per family combo ticket. Children are classed as 3-15 years, 16+ require an adult ticket. Under 3's are free and tickets can be added on directly.
• Planetarium shows or IMAX 3D documentary films can be added to your booking for a supplementary charge of £3.50pp; payable directly upon booking and subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
