• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 May until Sat 29 Aug 2026, Wed 10am - 5pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Tue
• Phone or email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to treatment time to complete consultation form. 
• Over 16s only; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers
• Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding or for those in remission. 
• Some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions; please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 - 90 mins. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
