Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Mar until Sun 5 Jul 2026, Mon - Fri 6pm - 9pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Duration approx. 1hr; 55 minutes park time and 5 minutes to exit at end of session. 
• Max of 1 OR 4 dogs per session. 
• For dog owners: a vending machine, coffee machine and pool table is available for use during the session; supplementary changes may apply. 
• Wheelchair access available
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
