• Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jan 2026 until Sun 29 Mar 2026, Wed - Fri & Sun 12noon - 3.30pm and Sat 12noon - 1.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon-Tue, 14 Feb, 15 Mar 2026 plus OVO Hydro event dates available here: https://www.ovohydro.com/whats-on.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hrs in advance and by Fri 20 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 6 vouchers per table.
• Includes afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Option 2 & 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant when booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
