• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar until Tue 30 Jun 2026, Mon - Tue 4pm - 9pm, Wed - Thu & Sun 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 3.45pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 15 Mar & 21 Jun 2026.
• Please note no bookings will be accepted between 3pm - 7pm on OVO Hydro events; dates available here.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Tue 23 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Max 3 vouchers / 6 people per table. 
• Includes 2 courses (starter and main OR main and dessert) each from a set menu only; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Supplemented dishes will be clearly stated on the menu. Supplements payable directly. 
• Prosecco options: Includes 125ml a glass of Prosecco or house wine (red/white/rose) each on arrival; subject to availability. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
