• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2026 until Wed 31 Mar 2027, 7 days, 2pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 31 Dec 2026, 1 Jan, 14 Feb, 7 Mar 2027. 
• Telephone bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Afternoon tea only served with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Prosecco options: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Leisure options: Includes full leisure access. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• No children permitted. Over 18s only. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
