Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Apr until Sun 5 Jul 2026, Mon - Fri 8am - 7pm, Sat - Sun 8am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher / first session must be booked by Fri 19 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time for contrast therapy. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability. Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time for all other treatments.
• Flotation tanks: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• All other treatments: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with centre. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. 
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins. 
• Option 3: Total duration approx. 100mins. Please note this cannot be used in a single session and must be used in max 20min sessions. All sessions must be used by one individual and cannot be shared. 
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
