- One person options: Valid Mon - Thu 10am - 10pm, Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat 10am - 4pm. Excludes Sun.
- Two person options: Valid Wed 10am - 10pm, Sat 10am - 4pm. Excludes Sun - Tue, Thu - Fri.
- All options exclude 20-31 Dec 2026, 1-6 Jan 2027. Two person option also excludes 7-8 Jan 2027.
- Sep - Dec options: Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!).
- Jan - Mar options: Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2027 (we don't want you to miss out!).
- Whatsapp bookings only. Please state your full name, contact number, voucher purchased and availability upon enquiry.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
- Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 60min.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
