• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Thu 5pm - 11pm, Fri 3pm - 11pm, Sat - Sun 12noon - 11pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24-25, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026. 
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 24 Mar 2026.  
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 4 / Max 20 people.
• Max of 1 voucher per group.
• Package includes per person: choice of 2 cocktails each.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
