• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Oct 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, valid 7 days 12.30pm - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 2 Nov, 1-31 Dec 2025, 15 Mar 2026 & all major Hampden event dates.
• A supplementary charge of £5 is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly. Please note that availability is limited. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Includes a hot drink plus refill each.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 3: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Gluten free and vegan options are available at a supplementary charge. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
