- Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jul 2025 until Fri 29 Aug 2025, Wed - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Tue.
- Treatments can be taken 10:15am - 6:15pm.
- Spa facilities are open 11am - 9pm.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Aug 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
- Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission or those who have had recent surgery in the past 6 months.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment inc consultation.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

My friend and I loved our experience. Reception staff was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything clearly. Changing rooms were clean and was checked by cleaning staff during our use. Spa facilities were great with pool, saunas, steam rooms, beds and showers and during our use cleansing staff were moping floors around the pool. We used the relaxation room where herbal tea was available and Spa staff collected us from there. My therapist was Debbie who was lovely, she went over the treatments I would have, what products she would use, if I had any issues and checked my health form. She started off with the back, neck and shoulder massage which was wonderful and the right amount of pressure - one of the best massages ever. I then had a hydrating facial which was part of the deal and its probably fair to say I may have drifted off at one point. Everything Debbie did was in a friendly, professional and respectful manner. Once finished she poured me some water, advised me to take my time coming off the bed and at no point did I feel rushed. She gave me some after care advice. I felt very relaxed after my treatments. I would visit again and would recommend to anyone.
